No one likes bugs. They’re annoying and should, ideally, never occur. Rather than tell you about how Studioso is a young startup still developing our app, we’ll cut right to the chase: how to fix these bugs as quickly as possible.
Checking for updates
The first step when experiencing a bug is to make sure you are running the latest version of Studioso. Updating the app will ensure that you won’t experience bugs that were already fixed. If you are unsure of how to update the app, view this link below.
The app might have a bug or a crash when you try and push the app to do too many things at once. This is something we’ve been working on improving. However, try relaunching the app and checking if the problem reoccurs. Much of the time, the issue won’t reoccur.
If the above methods don’t fix the problem, please contact us with the issue, as it is likely we haven’t found it yet.
